In the nineteen nineties and 2000s, the village launched into a number of beautification and redevelopment courses which provided the installation of a clock tower at Village Hall, set up of brick-paved crosswalks in residential locations, new landscaping in boulevards and various community lands, and installation of retro-themed Avenue lights.[15]
